Here is Mr. Dawson with a chocolate chip cookie... The story of how he got it.. well, J.D. and I were downstairs watching a movie, and Dawson wanted to get down and play. Little did mom know, that dad had left cookies on the floor. Dawson managed to pull out the whole tray of cookies out of the package. Luckily he was slowly enjoying one while the rest stayed in the tray... whew! His innocence is so cute!

While we were there, J.D. was moving a pile of cement and rocks to the other side of the yard (building a waterfall for his mom) We decided to let Dawson sit up there with J.D. He loved it! He wasn't scared at all!
When he first got up there, this is what he did. He has skills if he already figured out how to drive with a stick. lol!There is good news. J.D. started the cutting hay job on Thursday. They are just working on fields in Millard county for now, then in a couple of weeks he goes to Cali. So while he's workin close to home, Dawson and I stay at Grandma Stevens'. He has learned to crawl on hands and knees! Hurray! This means I don't have to knock him down when he tries to walk... read on and it will explain why I wanted him to crawl on hands and knees. . .
Grandma Stevens' said if kids don't learn to crawl on hands and knees, then they have a hard time reading (at least that's what she learned in college) So, happy to say, she won't have a dumb grandchild! :) lol
Also, Dawson has learned to walk along furniture, and stand. He can't stand for very long, but he's getting more brave every day. He sure is a busy little boy! I'm definitely in for it. :)
